Peach pie topped with caramelized brown sugar, so clearly sweet, yet finishing with brightening acidity and good intensity, even if just moderately complex. Holding very well.

Campania: Honeyed mango syrup. Bitter mandarin pith. Huge acidity to meet considerable sugar. Viscous but very little botrytis. Interesting, has the concentration and intensity of a great dessert wine but is lacking a little in complexity.

Rich full bodied dessert wine with honey and green fruit. Enjoyed after squid ink linguini with lobster.
