This is the best sem sauv blend from Margaret River, I've had in ages. I had the first glass as an accompliment to some fromager d'affinois, and its steeliness and restraint was a refreshing change from the myriad of sem/sauv's which 'burst with tropical fruit'. Drank over two days and while it was showing more fruit the second night, it was still quite restrained.
I'll be buying some more for the cellar, I reckon this wine will age beautifully for five years.
