Color: Pale golden yellow Smell: Floral, mineral, sea shore, and fresh lemon. Taste: Golden apple, kiwi, lime, mineral, and green apple Overall: Another lovely bottle...I think that this time around with this bottle being my first instead of my third I've gained a little more objectivity. This is delicate and lovely...it's not as mineral driven as I remember but there is something very special about this wine. Light-medium bodied, medium+ fruit, Med+ acidity, and a long mouth-watering finish. I am truly moved by the nose of this wine...it's almost bringing me to tears smelling this.
Classy juice! Gorgeous acacia flower notes dance around fresh quince on a stage of creamy oak. In the mouth the ballet continues; leesey weight is lifted by mineral charged acidity with fluid grace. Bosc pear appears along with flaky buttered pastry dough.
Color: light canary yellow Smell:flint, tropical fruits, banana, and toasted bread Taste: Apple, pineapple, pear, and yellow apple Overall: Med+ acidity, light-medium body, medium+ fruit. Something that words cannot express properly....complete and complex on a level that I wish more producers could offer
