Popped and poured, consumed over 2 days. Note taken from 2nd day. Nose shows forest floor, olive juice, blackberry and some oak. Taste reminds me of a tart black cranberry if such a thing exists with a little blackberry and firm tannins. This seems to be lacking acid and is a little too dominated by the tannins for my tast.
