Pale gold fading to a clear rim.
Young, powerful and complex aromas. Mineral driven with shell and stone, tea leaf, mint and a subtle lemon meringue and toffee.
Palate is textured and elegant.
Flavours are perfectly balanced with sea salt and sea shell, limestone, tart and sweet citrus and toffee.
Truly amazing length.
This is as good as it gets. Amazing wine.
