  Dick and Pat at Pebblestone don't release a Cabernet every year. Just the real good vintages like this one. This dark red wine has a nose of dark fruit, pencil box, with hints of coffee, smoke and caramel. The palate shows a full bodied wine with a great fruit. The wine has discrete layers of flavors, acids and a tannic finish. This cab was a joy to drink enjoy it over the next 5 to 7 years.
