Community Tasting Notes (average 87.6 pts. and median of 90 pts. in 6 notes) - hiding notes with no text

Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 1/4/2018 & rated 88 points: At the end of its life, slightly tired, relaxed and calm, need drinking up. (624 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 1/29/2017 & rated 90 points: Another good bottle, intense on the aromatic scale, but the mineral backbone turns it into a great wine, dry intense yet elegant - great job for this price. (828 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 9/4/2016 & rated 90 points: This is getting better, fresh and lean body, aromatic with finesse, delicious. These few years in the bottle added some grace as well. Great with so many different type of food - just amazing. (892 views)
Tasted by Lyubomir Lefterov on 8/26/2015 & rated 90 points: Notes of lychee, roses and Turkish delight in a restrained northern Italy mode backed by good freshness and hints of minerality, a must try. (1102 views)
Tasted by Lekkerbek on 10/9/2014 & rated 80 points: Kleur: Stro geel, helder.
Geur: Kruidig, geraniums.
Smaak: Abrikoos, kruidig met een bittertje. (1619 views)
Tasted by nzinkgraf on 6/21/2012: 7 days in Italy.; 6/16/2012-6/22/2012 (Italy): 70% of GW in Alto Adige is made by Co-ops. 'Enough heat here to naturally make balance dry GW.' Traminer has parents from S. Germany/Alsace, but GW is perhaps a mutation from this area. In this bottling, 50% from Traminer, 50% from just north of Bolzano (finesse and acid).
Peach and anise on the nose. palate does show a fine balance. Perhaps the finest GW in recent memory. (3746 views)
