Tasted by jimkay21 on 7/3/2018 & rated 88 points: Slight carbonation that passed after a few minutes in the glass. Citrus and brisk acidity but there is white fruit underlying. The fruit comes out as the bubbles release and when paired with food. Enjoyed with oysters at the Ordinary in Charleston. 14% alch. (1019 views)

Clos Signadore

The Clos Signadore is located in Poggio d’Oletta, situated within the inland mountainous part of the Patrimonio AOC. The Clos is planted to 40-year-old Nielucciu vines, the local red grape of Corsica, which is closely related to Sangiovese. Vermentinu is also planted for white wine production. The vines are divided among four distinct terroirs, which blend together to make a sum greater than the parts.
