Tasted by Hojun-na-Wine on 2/19/2022: Medium intense nose of plums, potting soil, cinnamon, cloves, earth, savory herbs.

On the palate red cherry, sour plum, cloves.

Medium alcohol, medium body , medium+ acidity. Smooth tannins. Great balance and brightness. Tasty when a bit chilled but holds up as the wine warms. Good of food wine. Delicious! (250 views)
Tasted by Enfant sauvage on 1/7/2022: Previous note is spot on. I followed this over several days and it went through some interesting transformations. Very nice on day 1, but a tad thin and with lots of green elements. On day 2 and 3, the green was almost entirely gone and the wine had filled out and was far fruitier, if also a bit less complex. Definitely a candidate for a bit of a chill. Fun, versatile wine. (273 views)
Tasted by Madface35 on 6/18/2020 & rated 90 points: Lovely and quaffable. Darker fruit on the nose but light and fresh with red fruit when tasting. Higher acid, low tannin. Can be served chilled. (346 views)
