On the palate red cherry, sour plum, cloves.
Medium alcohol, medium body , medium+ acidity. Smooth tannins. Great balance and brightness. Tasty when a bit chilled but holds up as the wine warms. Good of food wine. Delicious! Very nice on day 1, but a tad thin and with lots of green elements. On day 2 and 3, the green was almost entirely gone and the wine had filled out and was far fruitier, if also a bit less complex.
