This wine keeps getting better. Lots of latent complexity that should bloom with more time in the bottle. (586 views) |

| Tasted by red.red.vino on 10/30/2018 & rated 88 points: 375ml bottle. Acid is a little low, citrus notes of grapefruit and lime, a little asparagus and a little too florally for me for a ‘Polish Hill’. Easy drinking, not overly complex. Drink now (714 views) |

| Tasted by Matt@5453 on 6/26/2017 & rated 92 points: In a very good place; limes, minerals, and excellent line of acidity with great colour (I think that the acidity as softened nicely over the last 6 months). Going forward I can see the acid fading away leaving an array of flavours, but no sign of kero at this stage. Drinking very well. Going to pop a few away to see how this wine evolves. (649 views) |
