Tasted by kohada on 6/17/2022: My friend put it best: "has everything pleasurable and fun about great Champagne, without the stuffiness and structure".

Rich orchard fruit, slight caramelized sugar, soft white florals; an exceedingly delicious wine for anytime drinking. (420 views)
Tasted by Russell Faulkner on 2/14/2022: Really creamy soft autolysis. Maillard. Just a touch of barley sugar, floral. Light and refined but serious. (519 views)
Tasted by winemaker on 10/17/2021 & rated 91 points: Delicious. Better with air. Fresh and crisp. Nice herbal notes. (485 views)
Tasted by winemaker on 9/17/2021 & rated 90 points: Lovely. Minerally and herbal. Refreshing. (551 views)
Tasted by viniferatu on 6/27/2021: Beautiful and unique. Airy and piercing nose: bitter herbs, white flowers, hazelnut skins, yellow apple, asian pear and lemon, a little clean white smoke as well as a toasty sourdough note, the autolytic character is very present but deeply integrated. Zippy and lively on the palate, lots of fresh crunchy fruit notes and pleasant bitter herb and fruit skin nuance, a touch of spice too. Long and very dry, so much character here, with beautiful ethereal botanical and mineral flavors to ruminate. I can't see that there would be much upside here, but also don't see it fading any time soon. (880 views)
Tasted by winemaker on 4/5/2021 & rated 89 points: Solid affordable sparkler. Easy to drink. My wife is a fan. (456 views)
Tasted by kostaslonis on 2/24/2021 & rated 88 points: Pure Spirits Portfolio Tasting (Oinoscent): Traditional method sparkling wine from Gringet which (I was told) is a clone of Savagnin.
The wine shows nice golden color.
In the nose, the wine shows fresh riep citrus fruit, mineral, crispy fruit.
Smooth in the palate, nice body, ripe citrus, pear and green apple. A lot of carbonation offers creamy palate and medium finish.
Halfway between a nice prosecco and sparkling from Alsace.
Refreshing sparkling (634 views)
