Long and very dry, so much character here, with beautiful ethereal botanical and mineral flavors to ruminate. The wine shows nice golden color.
In the nose, the wine shows fresh riep citrus fruit, mineral, crispy fruit.
Smooth in the palate, nice body, ripe citrus, pear and green apple. A lot of carbonation offers creamy palate and medium finish.
Halfway between a nice prosecco and sparkling from Alsace.
