Attractive stone-dust and jasmine scent; surprisingly sweet-fruity entry (which may resolve in a year's time), which dimishes in an attractive way on the Evian-pure watery mid-palate. If you're expecting the salty astringency of Santorini Assyrtiko this wine may disappoint, indeed it seems closer to an Albarino right now.
