Un peu jeune et mériterait 2-3 années supplémentaires en cave. J’ai tout de même beaucoup aimé. (327 views) | | Tasted by isaacjamesbaker on 11/15/2023 & rated 93 points: A rich yellow color. The nose pops with bright aromas, tart lemons, ruby red grapefruit, white peach, but matched with complex tones of crushed chalk and limestone, salty sea breeze, with some white pepper, yellow and white flowers. A slightly richer texture but that acidity is so precise and crisp, setting a crunchy, racy stage for the cantaloupe, lime, and kiwi fruit. There’s a lovely honeyed richness mixed with flavors of sliced cucumber and basil, and the wine is infused with all these mineral and crushed stone components. The balance and precision are really something, also the intensity and flavor. A Sauv Blanc to seek out and cellar. Beautifully balanced acidity and fruit. (813 views) | | Tasted by Nebbiolo75 on 5/28/2023 & rated 94 points: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. Medium yellow color. Intense aromas of grapefruit, white peach, fresh cut herbs. Medium bodied, pure and energetic, very balanced, great depth and long lingering fresh mineral finish. Great stuff! Based on tasting the day after opening. 13,5% ABV (702 views) | | Tasted by oldwines on 3/10/2023 & rated 90 points: Tasted at Tre Bicchieri NYC. Trying to be objective here as I am not a fan of most Sauvignon Blanc's... Smokey grapefruit and gooseberry. Decent texture but lacking depth and complexity. This may need more air than it got. Not a fan of grapefruit...which seemed very dominant, especially so in contrast to some of the much higher "pro" scores from the likes of Vinous and JancisRobinson.com. (1128 views) | | Tasted by mxpbuy on 2/5/2023 & rated 91 points: A pretty interesting Sauv Blanc that could age and get better. Loads of gooseberry, some white grapefruit, not-quite-ripe nectarine and a nice mineral elements. (767 views) | | Tasted by LW31 on 1/19/2023: Too young. Whiff of exotic fruit on the nose and there’s an intense texture. With some air a more classical Sauvignon profile develops. Feels like this has potential to develop into something Interesting by 2025/26 (767 views) | | Tasted by Jochen Richter on 12/24/2022 & rated 97 points: Sehr frisch und intensiv zugleich. Nase von Tropisch, Aprikose, auf der Zunge Stachelbeere, Zitrone und Pfirsich. Sehr fruchtig. Unglaublich gut. (299 views) | | Tasted by Alexhare on 10/21/2022 & rated 90 points: G.R. (742 views) |
