This is their dry version, that is competitive with Chardonnay, including the high acid style from Burgundy, the concentrated ones from Sonoma Coast in California, and the rich ones from Meursault. Also, his sparkling Gringet is competitive with Champagne Blanc de Blancs. Overall, an impressive combination of vivid and lively acidity, juiciness, excellent texture, tasty lemon citrus fruit, and richness. (115 views) |

Giallo dorato, naso più largo, animale: fegatini e formaggio di capra.
Ha qualcosa del vellutato e caloroso di una crema idratante. La parte fruttata ricorda la frutta secca e grassa e le mele Fuji.
In bocca è setoso senza essere glicerico, toni amari delicati che ricordano l' ottone e la legna. Molto acido e salino, ma il ritmo con cui propone l' acidità e il sale ha una cadenza graduale, spalmata dall' ingresso fino alla conclusione e la percezione è di un vino molto più composto e armonico.
Cremosità finale composta, che ricorda lo zucchero filato
Largo, foderante e persistente, per nulla banale.
