Community Tasting Notes (average 88.9 pts. and median of 89 pts. in 34 notes) - hiding notes with no text

Tasted by Bisou on 7/4/2021 & rated 89 points: Early drinking window. Has yet to show any tertiary aromas. Colour is deep ruby. Nice intensity with lots of black currant, blackberries, green vegetal notes and a bouquet of herbs. Tannins and acidity does a very well job balancing everything. (465 views)
Tasted by crispywine on 6/26/2021 & rated 91 points: Amazing wine, great now but will improve some still imho. Packed with cassis, wild raspberries, pencil shavings, herbs, pepper and a ripe tone of undergrowth. Straightforward fruit with elegance and soft tannins with some ’body building’ attitude. Enjoyed with grilled fillet of beef, summer potato salad, halloumi and truffle bearnaise sauce. (463 views)
Tasted by UrbanGrill on 1/8/2021 & rated 88 points: Probably needs a few more years in the cellar to open up. I respect the wines from Domaine Grosbois but ultimately I am not in love with them. (697 views)
Tasted by PatrikW on 5/12/2020 & rated 89 points: At it’s peak know (777 views)
Tasted by arvidpalmqvist on 4/26/2019: Blackcurrants and bell peppers with earthy minerality, wild blueberry bushes and undergrowth. Clean, balanced Cab Franc without make-up. Really nice wine. Tasted this in 2016 and since it passed me by relatively unnoticed then, I suppose it has improved nicely with aging. (1023 views)
Tasted by Krassens on 2/16/2019 & rated 90 points: Still very good, smooth tannins, rounded red fruit, black pepper, somewhat spicy. (697 views)
Tasted by Krassens on 10/26/2018 & rated 91 points: Nicely evolved, in a good state now. Tannins have smoothed out a bit, great balance between greenery/stems and blue fruit. (800 views)
Tasted by UrbanGrill on 4/8/2017 & rated 89 points: Rich, opaque, fruit-driven with smoky overtones. Very drinkable, delicious now but built for the long term. (1734 views)
Tasted by aekenback on 2/11/2017 & rated 90 points: Dark fruit with earthy aromas and some herbs. High acidity. Not overly complex, but very enjoyable. (1465 views)
Tasted by jrick on 1/14/2017 & rated 87 points: Slender, red fruited, herbal, bell pepper. Food friendly even though tannins are really subdued. (1335 views)
Tasted by aekenback on 9/10/2016 & rated 90 points: Much more approachable than previous bottle. Elegant and with good balance. Really nice. (1508 views)
Tasted by appel54 on 8/20/2016 & rated 86 points: Tät mörkröd i färgen

(1394 views)
Tasted by arvidpalmqvist on 7/27/2016: No formal notes taken. (949 views)
Tasted by aekenback on 7/15/2016 & rated 89 points: Ripe, but still quite restrained fruit. Some herbal notes. Tannins could use some food. Would probably benefit from more air and/or time in bottle. (920 views)
