Tasted by RayOB on 8/12/2021 & rated 92 points: Drank at 67
Old school classic Pinot nose, beautiful light palate. (1752 views)
Tasted by BenBlu on 7/14/2021 & rated 92 points: Small taste only - very impressive, very cool, high-pitched but fine cranberry fruit, a tad "Rousseau-esque"... will seek this out. Probably better with another 5 years. Would love to revisit this in a Zalto Burg glass and with some more to taste. Very nice indeed. (1858 views)
Tasted by MQuentel@web.de on 9/6/2019 & rated 93 points: 2017 Frauenberg GG - 3-5 year old barrels, 30-40% whole bunch pressing, cool, still restrained nose, recognizable red fruit, wonderful raspberry fruit, also fine violet notes; super acid bite, good structure, very clear fruit, the tannin is noble and delicate. Cool base with animating freshness. Needs time, 92-94 2025-2040 (2470 views)
Tasted by m_arcon on 3/16/2019: Weingut Keller annual vintage presentation "Kleiner Rhein - großer Wein 1911-1959-2001-2018?" (Weingut Keller, Flörsheim-Dalsheim, Germany): 50% german and 50% french clones. 3-5 year old wood, 35-40% whole bunch, limestone rock. Slightly closed and a riper aromatic than the Bürgel. You get a touch of plum beside the red fruit. Lots of substance, tannins and oak very fine. Needs some time. (2522 views)
Tasted by Burgaddict on 1/26/2019: Great nose, red fruit, distinct tones of roses. Lovely red taste, lots of body, velvety, long finish. (2095 views)

#2014 Vintage Notes:
2014 Vintage Report by Terry Theise
2014 Vintage Report by Wine Spectator
"My gut still tells me the Saar (and to some extent) the Ruwer are better overall in 2014 than the more storied areas of the Mosel proper, but those that spent the requisite time living in their middle-Mosel vineyards made some of the most electric and "feathery" Riesling in a long time (maybe the finest in 20 years - yes, it's true!)" - Jon Rimmerman (Of course only a very short historical memory would call the Saar and Ruwer less 'storied' than the middle Mosel - jht)
