Community Tasting Notes (average 87.5 pts. and median of 88 pts. in 10 notes) - hiding notes with no text

Tasted by Lemberger on 1/23/2022 & rated 89 points: Quite a challenge. At the start smelled strongly of cider. Strong acidity, not big-bodied at all, very elegant. Decanted to give it a chance to develop which it did, also took it out of the fridge. Gained more body and mouthfeel with time, took on a fresh pineapple note, but retained it‘s natural wine strange edge and acidity. Cool but requires some work and patience. (490 views)
Tasted by Ary on 1/25/2020 & rated 89 points: Much better than the bottle tasted last April 2019. Complex, elegant and well-delineated nose with candies, white pepper, fresh citrus, ripe yellow fruits and green apple. Medium-bodied on the palate with an attractive and refreshing finish. Should keep well for at least another three years. (1211 views)
Tasted by Xavier Auerbach on 8/12/2019 & rated 87 points: A private dinner (Restaurant Vermeer *, Amsterdam, NL): Magnum. Grüner Veltliner and Weissburgunder. Unfiltered, cloudy. Light and linear (11.5% ABV), quite estery fruit but a clean style, white pepper, citrus, white flowers, light finish, good length. Assez bien. (1546 views)
Tasted by Ary on 4/21/2019 & rated 85 points: Colour medium-dark yellow. Monolithic nose, vanilla, flowers and some lemon curd. Only after opening several hours the wine started to open up on nose and palate. But maintained some (unattractive) oxidative notes and a mediocre, slightly bitter finish. Overall lacking delineation. I'm unsure if it's improper storage or the character of the wine. Other notes on CT about this wine make me think that it's just not an interesting Cuvee from this otherwise excellent winemaker. (1349 views)

Tasted by Musiclistener on 11/4/2018 & rated 86 points: Just ok. (1048 views)
Tasted by FjordogFjell on 7/8/2018 & rated 85 points: Tydelig naturvinspreg, metallisk lukt , og blomster kaprifol god fylde, og god syre , minner om surøl. (945 views)
