The astringent sourness had disappeared and was replaced with sweet strawberries, and the tannins evolved. In a few words - decant before drinking. (326 views) |

| | Tasted by MaJeKu on 2/3/2021 & rated 86 points: Startet in der Nase sehr beerig und hell, dunkelt aber mit Luft deutlich zu kirschigen Noten nach. Darunter angedeutete kräutrige und florale Noten sowie etwas dunkles Gestein, fein gemahlen.
Am Gaumen hat’s dann ebenfalls einen sehr dunklen Kern und ist, insbesondere auch durch recht hohe Säure, sehr saftig.
Insgesamt ist der Wein eher einfach gehalten, hat aber trotzdem eine interessante eigenständige Art.
Ein Essen tut ihm gut, bei uns war es heute Pasta mit Ragu.
