Community Tasting Notes (average 90 pts. and median of 90 pts. in 3 notes) - hiding notes with no text

Tasted by johnny wine on 10/29/2023 & rated 90 points: Very dark fruit. There has a very rustic nose of smoke, cherry, tobacco, leather cassis, earth ,intense tannins (94 views)
Tasted by AudunG on 11/21/2014 & rated 88 points: Dark brick red. Typical developed Mourvedre aromas of leather, farmyard manure and black olives. The wine has developed into a mature wine in perfect balance. Not the most concentrated, but very expressive and just lovely to drink. I don't this is getting any better now. (1118 views)
Tasted by asgerG on 2/27/2009 & rated 92 points: Dark red with yellow rim, 5½. Expressive and intense mature meaty nose, lots of dark fruit, herbes-de-provence, complex. The same goes for the taste, with added impressions of tobacco and tar, tannin, good length. Really a fine example of mature Bandol, wow! Drink now-2014 (2199 views)
