Tasted by lazy on 2/6/2023 & rated 89 points: Pale yellow. Smelled grass, lime, grapefruit, and honeydew melon; tasted the citrus mainly. Medium-light and after a couple years in bottle the acidic edge is rounded off a bit. Finishes medium in length and a little sour/bitter/pithy in a pleasant refreshing way. (449 views)
Tasted by NickBurwood on 8/16/2022 & rated 90 points: Glyndebourne (Poulenc Double Bill) - limited notes.
From half bottle. Clean stoned fruit with a touch of aromatics brought together with flinty mineraity and integrated green citrus acidity. Excellent.
For drinking over next year. (561 views)
Tasted by StefanAkiko on 7/16/2022 & rated 93 points: Perfect acidity in a sundrenched beauty.
This is nervey, zesty, electric, marrow-filled, spectacular!
I love it!

Tasted by StefanAkiko on 6/25/2022 & rated 94 points: Vibrant, electric, sizzling!
Transparent, minerally, intense!
Loads of sunshine and no heat.
This is what all PF should be all about.

Gives me goosebumps!
- that's how good this bottle was :-) (577 views)
Tasted by La Cave d'Argent on 6/23/2022 & rated 91 points: Favray's 2019 Pouilly-Fumé is a limpid, light yellow wine that is aromatically expressive of citrus, pit fruits, rose petals and wet stones. Light-bodied, crisply acidic, unoaked and without any heat from its 13% alcohol, it delivers flavors in line with the aromas and stays solid on the mid-palate. Concluding with a medium-to-long, energetic finish, this is a delightful Sauvignon Blanc that can be popped and poured over the next three years. Enjoy it with sushi or similar light fare. Drink now-2025. (675 views)
Tasted by Sean Tay on 9/16/2021 & rated 91 points: Pronounced nose intensity with notes of baked apple, tropical fruits, peach. Medium+ acidity and medium bodied. Easy drinking and nice to pair with seafood. Looking at CT previous review, perhaps its the seafood - oyster and lobster that I had that had change the nose or taste? (549 views)
Tasted by tomblock on 8/31/2021 & rated 87 points: This was a bit disappointing - the wine is not bad, but I was missing that the parts (smell, taste, look) sum up to something higher. Okish Loire wine, nevertheless, but then too expensive for being just that. (360 views)
Tasted by StefanAkiko on 8/22/2021 & rated 84 points: This was but a bagatelle.
Completely different impression than from just a few days ago.
Had over three days.
Nothing impressive whatsoever.
Hoping for it to live long and prosper, but my life's too short to figure that one out by storing one. Maybe, one day, our paths shall meet again. (406 views)
Tasted by StefanAkiko on 8/10/2021 & rated 93 points: A very young, but rich and classically styled. Far better than anticipated from the shop it was found in.

This is the style of Sb that I love. Marvellous!

Fully fledged, satisfying a longer period marred by abstemiousness. A mature Sancerre the other day and a young PF today is simply a celebration of Life :o)

Will get a truckload of this! (421 views)
