Tasted by Bjørn Gunnar on 1/1/2024: Jul23 (723 views)
Tasted by ttholst on 7/4/2023 & rated 89 points: Grønne epler, limonade, kvede og mineraler. Medium fruktkonsentrasjon, høy syre og medium lengde. En deilig vin, uten wow-faktor. (1398 views)
Tasted by FjordogFjell on 7/3/2023 & rated 91 points: Sushi og Kick Club på stranda. Solid og flott riesling. 1 veke i flaske: fantastisk bringebærblomst, (1280 views)
Tasted by Aravind Asok on 6/25/2023: Popped yesterday and had a sip. Notes from 24 hrs open. On the nose: grapefruit, Rainier cherry, wet stone, underripe peach. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lifted white and sour cherry and grapefruit, loads of sandstone and good density on the hi-toned finish. Lovely now, but very primary. Give this time! (1249 views)
Tasted by JerM on 6/11/2023 & rated 92 points: (Elphi with Friends!) Clean acidity, mineral, clean, slatey. Concentrated, linear, elegant and clean. White florals, citrus and clean. (981 views)
Tasted by shberntz on 12/25/2022 & rated 91 points: Great riesling. Balanced and not so much petroleum….. (1644 views)
Tasted by Obi-Wan Cannubi on 7/22/2022 & rated 89 points: Blek strågul.

Merker litt alkohol faktisk. Men god balanse og lengde.

Skikkelig god og til en fin pris! (2452 views)
Tasted by Pauldau on 5/21/2022 & rated 91 points: Drank it over two days, it just got better and complexity came through. Light slightly yellowish color. On the nose it already starts to tingle my salivary glands. For me most prominent are lime stone, minerals, lime, some green apple, tropic fruits, some sweetness - maybe pineapple. Feels well balanced, minerals, lightness, freshness medium long lasting ending with citrus tones. Priced well. A good GG. (2284 views)
Tasted by OSommer on 5/17/2022 & rated 91 points: Lovely GG, good QPR, no TN today.
Norwegian Constitution Day 🇳🇴🥂☀️ (2203 views)
Tasted by Sigvard VI on 12/24/2021: Nydelig til Ribbe (3058 views)
Tasted by SuperSomm on 11/26/2021: Pale lemon colour. Medium and youthful nose with green apples, white peach, lime, wet stone and honeysuckle. Medium taste of green apples, lime, wet stone, white peach and honeysuckle. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. An outstanding Riesling GG with potential for storage. Needed four hours to open. Drink now or over the next ten years. Goes well with fish, shellfish, sushi or spicy. (408 views)
Tasted by ttholst on 10/30/2021 & rated 90 points: 1 t i karaffel. Burde hatt 3 t minimum. (2789 views)
Tasted by Torchy on 10/16/2021 & rated 88 points: Nose with baked green apple, some soft spices, light crude oil and something buttery. The wine is light straw yellow, shiny and clear. Mouth with high acidity, clear flavors of green krispy apple. Citrus. Dry. Rocky minerality, towards salt. (2034 views)

#2014 Vintage Notes:
2014 Vintage Report by Terry Theise
2014 Vintage Report by Wine Spectator
"My gut still tells me the Saar (and to some extent) the Ruwer are better overall in 2014 than the more storied areas of the Mosel proper, but those that spent the requisite time living in their middle-Mosel vineyards made some of the most electric and "feathery" Riesling in a long time (maybe the finest in 20 years - yes, it's true!)" - Jon Rimmerman (Of course only a very short historical memory would call the Saar and Ruwer less 'storied' than the middle Mosel - jht)

Nahe
