Tasted by Asun on 7/27/2023: Very tasty for the price (216 views)
Tasted by isbjoern on 5/21/2023 & rated 87 points: Light to medium bodied red wine, mostly cherry flavors, lots of vanilla, don't get much of the dark fruits or tobacco orhers have tasted, silky tannins, some unbalanced alcohol, average length. Easy-drinking wine, nothing special. Drink now. - 87 points (264 views)
Tasted by ColinR on 1/6/2023 & rated 91 points: Crimson-garnet; cherry cola, plums, red currants, tobacco, vanilla; black cherry/berry, earthy, glycerin, medium body, good acidity, excellent balance, chewy tannins, lingering finish.
Restrained dark fruit with tobacco and tar notes. Balanced with flavourful tannins that lingered in the mouth. Enjoyable, classy version of this varietal. (411 views)
Tasted by ColinR on 1/5/2023 flawed bottle: Corked - exchanged. (401 views)
Tasted by Dwolfordwines on 9/1/2022 & rated 90 points: With some air (2 hours) became a really nice nose of plum, cherry, sweet spice. On the palate explosive flavours due with a massive amount of acidity, but nice tannins to balance. Finish was very good at this price point. Overall a very enjoyable wine. Less green ‘bell pepper’ like flavours than I would have expected from a Cabernet franc, which I preferred. Make sure you give the bottle air. Noticeable changes by the second hour for the positive. The sour cherry flavours dissipated and the wine became much more balanced. Very enjoyable (337 views)
