This has opened up nicely in the last few years, and drinking great at the moment. Great finish that lasts with a nice fresh acidic cut and round tannins. Tannins not too stiff. We let it breathe a bit in the glass before we starting drinking, and I thin that helped. Nice, with the concentration that a lot of 04's from Tuscany have shown. On day three the nose is wide and pleasant - echoing the flavors of cherry and smoke.
