Wow. Nice acidity to balance the tannins, some medicinal notes, belle pepper, tons of black cherries, tomato vine, coffee beans; ending our long with aromatic wood.
Wow such a wine! Great spot now, secondary notes are definitely emerging but it’s still young and vibrant. Drink now or hold - no rush here. We had it with homemade ragout and penne - was perfect!
