Tasted by caroleandjay on 11/20/2023 & rated 87 points: Nose of bright red fruit with some green herbs and soil.
Palate quite simple, but grows on you as you go. (201 views)
Tasted by AlphaMikeFoxtrot on 6/30/2023 & rated 91 points: Age your Cerasuolo di Vittoria...said no one ever. Somehow this was fantastic at 6 years old; but I don't think the winemaker intended for it to be so.

Extremely intense aromas of sage and mediterranean scrub, smokey embers, smoked beef, dried strawberries and dried cramberries. The palate is more primary and mostly driven by the red fruits; though the meat is still there in the background. Intensity of aromas is high, intensity of flavors is closer to Medium +.

Medium bodied with medium - tannins and great acid. Considering what this is and when it was supposed to be drunk, the result is extraordinary. Great pairing with Tuna in Pesto sauce. (297 views)
Tasted by rfras on 12/14/2022 & rated 90 points: Drinking very nicely. Notes of strawberry and vanilla. Certainly on the lighter side, but smooth finish and easy to drink. (344 views)
Tasted by Tgood on 7/21/2022 & rated 90 points: Clear medium crimson ruby - nero d’avola 60/ frappato 40 blend - nicely conceived - ready heady nose of wet earth, leather, and tobacco from the nero and strawraspberry from the frappato. Easy to like alone or with food as tannins are present enough to distinguish it as a wine and tart enough to clean palate. Nice wine especially when viewing through the qpr prism. (482 views)
Tasted by NavyVet6874 on 6/8/2022 & rated 91 points: I think this is excellent. One note mentioned burnt rubber, but I lean toward tobacco. Either way, medium-bodied red with good acidity and wonderful with tonight's spicy sausage and pasta. (479 views)
Tasted by DravlaH on 12/27/2021 & rated 90 points: Turning out to be a pretty good $20 dollar medium full wine. Mustiness and lemongrass on the nose. Blood orange, tartiness abounds flavors, and dry after taste. Definitively and interesting one.
Can probably improve with age. (736 views)
Tasted by joet626 on 12/11/2021 & rated 90 points: very tasty. Bright red fruit. (666 views)
Tasted by lifeattable on 9/25/2021: This wine would be so amazing if weren’t for that pesky burnt rubber note. Not particularly bad in this bottle, but lingering in the bg. Otherwise, so fresh and tart, with a complex savory backbone. Lovely for late summer or early fall. (805 views)
Tasted by Laz4wine on 3/25/2021 & rated 88 points: Serviceable table wine over a couple meals, crunchy red fruits - cherries, strawberries, raspberries - with a touch of herbal earthiness. Lacks complexity but gives up ample fruit & a citric snap on a fairly soft medium frame, delivering a roasted coffee note on the finish. Decent value for a bit different blend. (1082 views)
Tasted by fcf3 on 1/28/2021 & rated 88 points: Deep purple. Tart cherries on the nose. Tart cherries and cranberries finishing with a whiff of gentle tobacco. Not layered nor complex. Young but ambitious. (1110 views)
Tasted by timsuze on 10/30/2020 & rated 91 points: Red fruit and orange peel. Tannins were too pronounced on first day. Much better on second day. (1039 views)
Tasted by Tpdodger on 10/27/2020 & rated 88 points: Not my favorite. Did not pair with food and maybe that was my issue. The wine felt a bit harsh on its own. (1027 views)
Tasted by DravlaH on 10/8/2020 & rated 89 points: A little mellover than last. Good midweek pizza wine! (923 views)
Tasted by afields on 9/9/2020: Tart red fruit like fresh cherry, pomegranate. An undertone if leather or old wood but mainly about the fruit. M body, M+ acid, M to M- tannin, finish longer than I’d expect for such a fresh and forward wine. A nice fresh wine with some structure too, could go with anything from red Italian sauces to fruity middle eastern salads...this makes me think of Zaatar and pomegranate. We had with Arancini we made from leftover fava bean risotto that had everything from rosemary to saffron to cumin and which we topped with mild harissa; the wine seemed to bring out the cumin in particular. ~6-6.5/10 (765 views)
Tasted by Niccolo Donzella on 8/21/2020 & rated 91 points: Dark ripe fruit and and a long tobacco and leather finish (633 views)
Tasted by vandal16 on 8/2/2020 & rated 90 points: Blackberry , strawberry and bramble on the nose. Sour dark cherry and blackberry fruit flavors with a hint of orange peel. Touch of pepper spice and smoke. Medium bodied. Good food wine. (569 views)
Tasted by Doblk on 7/19/2020 & rated 89 points: Very enjoyable simple well priced Sicilian red. Light, refreshing, sour cherry with a bit of smoke. I’ll drink more this summer. (569 views)
Tasted by chairmanzian on 7/10/2020: Red fruit with earthy/somewhat musky notes. Good pairing with tomato. (554 views)
Tasted by Tim Heaton on 6/14/2020: PnP. Pleasant weeknight wine with good freshness and typicity. Med(-) body that flows nicely; some citrus, saline, and soil add nice counterpoints to the cherry fruit. Drink now for maximum freshness. recommended

Tasted by guzmana on 3/29/2020 & rated 89 points: Pleasant and earthy. (864 views)
Tasted by Depetro on 3/27/2020 & rated 75 points: A little disappointing to be honest. The flavor was a bit too acidic and rubbery. It wasn’t an awful wine but just not what I expected. (913 views)
Tasted by KSWinegeek on 3/5/2020 & rated 89 points: Light ruby red. Complex nose of red fruit, pepper and spice. Cherry flavors with some acidity. Better with food. (881 views)
Tasted by lifeattable on 2/22/2020 flawed bottle: Island Wines (What Am I Drinking?! Bryn Mawr, PA): Intensely rubbery. Worse on day 2. Disappointing because my first bottle was great. (983 views)
Tasted by lifeattable on 1/18/2020 & rated 91 points: Wonderfully fresh, tart red fruit. An acidhound dream, and versatile with mid-weight food. (803 views)
Tasted by KSWinegeek on 12/23/2019 & rated 87 points: Medium to dark ruby color. The highlight is the nose with black cherry, tobacco and spice notes. On the palate there is cherry and some acidity. (848 views)
