Tasted by MostlyFrance on 10/6/2023: This is solid. Very fruity. Acid high. Really good. Glad I have many more bottles. (498 views)
Tasted by wormfarmer on 1/9/2023: Day 1: VG but seems like an infanticide, like most of what it wants to express is still wrapped up tightly in youth; am interested to see where the second half of the bottle goes. (889 views)
Tasted by Jmac56 on 12/6/2022 & rated 92 points: This is the best vintage I have tasted. Nice musky nose. Full bodied, generally well balanced with nice fruit and chalk but with strong tannins - needs at least a few more years of age! (832 views)
Tasted by tanglenet on 11/27/2022: Used a a base for a red vinegar (981 views)
Tasted by tanglenet on 11/23/2022: Dark purple in color with some clarity at the edge. Dry bramble attack of black red fruit. Sharp jagged notes; light in body with a short finish with some heat. Fair to Good. Needs food (we have a pizza being delivered in 6 minutes). (924 views)
Tasted by tanglenet on 6/29/2022: Opened not decanted. Purple red in color; soft plush red berry fruit; medium weight in body; ends with a semi dry finish. After about an hour it starts to tighten up with more astringency. Good +. (1041 views)
Tasted by corkpalace on 1/15/2022: Purple fading to garnet. Somewhat muted aromas, blackberry and blueberry. Shines bright on the palate! Sweet blackberry, plum, vanilla, and baking spice, backed by grippy tannins. Plentiful fruit and structure. Medium bodied overall. Very nice! 14.5 abv (1235 views)
Tasted by webreg on 1/8/2022 & rated 91 points: Light nose with some leather notes. Gorgeous purple/red color. Great balance of tannins and acid. The palate packs a wallop of succulent blackberry. Flavors are deep and complex. Finish is as good as the start. IT will be interesting to see how this develops over the next few years. (1228 views)
