Tasted by The Kokopelli on 5/26/2009 & rated 89 points: Amazing for the price. Nice red-tinted copper color with a warm nose of apricot, orange and brown sugar. The taste is rich and sweet with dried apricot, orange peel and molasses. The mouth feel is thick, heavy and opulent with a medium-long finish. There is a slight medicinal hint, but minor overall.  Tasted by martcouz on 4/25/2009 & rated 91 points: Excellent value port. Nice brownish color with nose of brown sugar. Caramel and a smooth finish. I could drink tons of this stuff! (21170 views)
Tasted by JoeFriday on 2/13/2009 & rated 89 points: My only experience with port, but definitely started me out right. Raisin, brown sugar and caramel. I need to get more of this. (20887 views)
Tasted by Lukeout on 11/28/2008: my stand-by port for gatherings. (20595 views)
Tasted by Johannes.knops@xjtlu.edu.cn on 3/25/2008 & rated 80 points: I recall a much better bottle from a number of years ago. Either a bad batch or sat on the grocery shelf way to long. (20833 views)
Tasted by mjraica on 1/7/2008 flawed bottle: I surely hope this was a bad bottle as it has received some decent ratings. Tasted purely of sugar. Was almost clear, although I am in no way an expert on port, I have usually associated them with a darker red. Would be hesitant to try again. (5022 views)
Tasted by Lukeout on 7/12/2007: surprisingly elegant and a wonderful value. This is my 3rd bottle, and it has been universally loved when shared. Nice brown sugar, rasins, and cherry. Will always keep in the cellar. (5041 views)
Tasted by hyde.pdx on 4/5/2007 & rated 88 points: Raisin flavor. Very yummy. Good value. (5530 views)

Tasted by markbona on 12/25/2006 & rated 84 points: Great value - definately the top end of good for a tawny port. Great nose - raisens and sugar; lovely color with excellent legs; Finishes nicely with a lingering bitey fruit taste and little to no alchohal burn (5462 views)
Tasted by mdstenner on 9/4/2005 & rated 89 points: Simply fantastic value. Tawny color with a great nose of raisin and brown sugar. Medium to full-bodied with nutty and caramel flavors and a nice lingering finish. (8727 views)
Tasted by joshwoodward on 4/1/2002 & rated 61 points: Brown color, rich, full, very raisiny. Light tannins. Quite sweet without balancing acidity. Cooked. Syrupy. (4761 views)
