Drunk with Peking duck.
Colour - vibrant ruby red with hints of purple.
Nose - sweet red berries with hints of earthy spice.
Palate - red fruit and drying tannins. Dry earthy dusty.
This is exactly what a sparkling red should taste like - I'm in love.

Big, concentrated nose of dark berries, supported by oak. Palate leads on from the nose as expected. Just a slight touch of sweetness. (1397 views) |
