The bottle has aged well, but it is time to open it and enjoy. The fruit flavors (plum, cherry) are distinct, but blend together nicely. The finish lingers nicely. Definite blackberry and a little earthy vegetable, like beet or potato on the nose. Was very bitter out of the gate, and after decanting for 3-4 hours it really didn't change much Typical grocery store cheap wine.
