| Community Tasting Notes (average 88.2 pts. and median of 89 pts. in 8 notes) - hiding notes with no text | | Tasted by levicn on 5/29/2022 & rated 89 points: 中到深金黄色,闻香有浓郁的酒泥接触的酸面粉团味,氧化的坚果气息明显,金银花一类的香气,入口酸度高,酒液咸,收口微甜,湿石头的矿物感,白花香气,腌梨一类的核果气息,一丝奶油。 (434 views) | | Tasted by Vitisconcierge on 3/23/2020 & rated 89 points: A deep golden colour like a good burgundy. The 2009 however may be past prime. Petrichor and some confused stone fruit on the nose. Good saline minerality on the taste buds but acidy was m- and couldn't lift the m+ body. Finish slightly muted as well. I think good for quaffing. (645 views) | | Tasted by Wine Specialist on 4/15/2016 flawed bottle: Corked (1423 views) | | Tasted by Ben Christiansen on 10/24/2011: More bruised apple than the Falanghina. Fiano apperently makes reference to bees, which are attracted to this varietal. Smells a bit like honey. Maybe I am having a bad tasting day? And expensive at $25. (3016 views) | | Tasted by Jeffyboy on 6/10/2011 & rated 85 points: Italy vs Chile (Winecorner - wine shop, Bialy Kamien, Warsaw, Poland): colour: white gold, nice. nose: sweetish - grass with candys with addition of anise. taste: medium accidty, rather round; ripe apples plus some herbs - thyme. not bad.
