Spicier than before with raspberry jam aromatics and flavors. Medium tannins, medium body, medium finish. Nice pizza wine. Drank over 5-6 days, Vacu-Vin'd between glasses and it held up incredibly well. Raspberries on the nose and palate with a little spice on the back end. This is not a big jammy Zin, it's more delicate and subdued - the kind of Zin that might appeal to a Pinot Noir fan. I have so very many excellent wines that I'll probably use it in cooking, or even in a nice salad dressing (Zinfandels are excellent for this).
