Tasted by stayhappy21 on 6/24/2023 & rated 88 points: Brought this to New Ubin Seafood for dinner with my family and sister-in-law. We had foie gras with soft boiled egg, luncheon meat fries, seafood hor fun, claypot carbonara, sambal kang kong, har cheong gai, angus ribeye, crispy pork jowl, red bean pancake, and kaya toast.

Have purchased and drank this wine from several sources before, and so far, it has never disappointed. Dull pink in colour with notes of cherries, sour strawberries, raspberries, rose petals, and bubble gum.

Flavourful, zesty and paired very well with the food we had tonight. A refreshing sparkling wine. One of those wines you wished you had more of. (229 views)
Tasted by stayhappy21 on 8/23/2020 & rated 88 points: Opened this during lunch at my in-laws place. We had food from Yummy Palace and Peng's Catering.

Girlish pink in colour with sweet, bubble-gum like aromatic nose. Nice fizz with moderate sweetness balanced with acidity and a lush finish.

What I really like about this wine is its ability to pair with a wide range of food items (think deep-fried fish skin, roasted duck, kurabuto pork, pan-fried foie gras and pork ragu pasta) and elevate the dining experience. (950 views)
Tasted by stayhappy21 on 5/24/2020 & rated 88 points: Opened this to celebrate my niece's 4th birthday. We had food from Yummy Palace: lobster porridge, fried rice, crispy pork, codfish and roasted duck.

Boring pink in colour with some notes of cherries and strawberries on the nose and palate. Sweet fragrance on the nose with an inviting whiff. On the palate the bright red fruits and sweet juiciness are outstanding traits of this wine; has a slight bitter finish towards the end.

Wonderful to pair with cakes and desserts. (964 views)
Tasted by stayhappy21 on 1/24/2020 & rated 88 points: Opened this wine at my family's Chinese New Year reunion dinner.

Dull pink in colour with strong notes of strawberries and cherries. Restrained sweetness, lively and cooling with sparse bubbles. A touch of bitterness in the finish. (1059 views)
Tasted by stayhappy21 on 12/25/2019 & rated 88 points: Drank this at Kai Garden (Marina Square) over lunch with my family, my in-laws and their in-laws.

Dull pink in colour but there was nothing dull with the flavours. Rich raspberries, cherries, strawberries and blackcurrant. Sweetness tamed with fresh acidity with a lush, long finish.

Outperformed expectations with excellent QPR. (1015 views)
Tasted by Martin Redmond on 2/27/2013 & rated 88 points: Beni di Bastasiolo Winemaker Dinner: Strawberry color with spiced strawberry, floral and a bit of citrus aromas. On the palate it has a creamy mousse, and is moderately sweet with juicy spiced wild strawberry, and citrus flavors. Medium finish (2572 views)
