Fruktig med god smak av modne epler og sitrustoner samt et sřt-syrlig innslag av sitrondrops. Litt laber mousse (1304 views)
Tasted by Manuel10 on 9/24/2021 & rated 96 points: Bottiglia perfetta.
Naso elegantissimo, con note di pasticceria, brioches, crema pasticciera e in sottofondo fungo.
In bocca ancora molto bilanciato con una buona spalla aciditŕ che gli garantirŕ ancora lunga vita.
Uvaggio: 70% PN 30 % CH.
48 mesi sui lieviti, sboccatura molto probabilmente 2012 (1484 views)
Tasted by SouthernStateofMind on 12/26/2020: Exhibits aromas of red apple, mixed berries, buttered almond & warm spice. Excellent precision; ripe fruit is balanced with bracing acidity providing necessary energy and lift. I found this increasingly better several hours after opening. (1767 views)
Tasted by Anna@WineCellar on 10/23/2020 & rated 92 points: Golden yellow with a plentitude of small bubbles.
Developed nose with integrated complexity. Day one a lot of red winter apples and brioche. Day three also butter, caramel, lemon and a pinch of dried herbs.
On the palate a tiny bit of sweetness, high but rounded acidity. Mouthfilling and almost juicy. Sweet mature lemons, smokey minerality. Fantastic mousse, intense and graceful. Very good length with saline minerality.

Around 70% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot noir. On lees for a minimum of four years. Deg 2012. (1797 views)
Tasted by freedee on 7/7/2019 & rated 92 points: Really well integrated acidity, some mature notes but will probably age well for at least 5 more years. (1933 views)
Tasted by MWiking on 4/22/2018 & rated 92 points: Roederer levererar som vanligt.
Kommer ge övriga roederer 2007 mer tid i källaren (2480 views)
Tasted by Blake Brown on 3/8/2018: 2007 LOUIS ROEDERER VINTAGE BRUT in magnum- wonderful bubbly checking all of the boxes on the sensory receptors chart; the nose was so inviting and the taste fulfilled all of the expectations with a myriad of flavours that come together by mid palate; even the texture satisfies the tactile senses to the max; mild hits of clove, spice, cardamon and red fruit street it off and then spicy red cherry and raspberry take over with distinction; the thread of the spicy component rides all the way through and makes for a most pleasant savoury experience. (1847 views)
Tasted by rocknroller on 5/21/2017 & rated 92 points: Monthly Tasting Group: Champagne and Fried Chicken Taste Off (Brad & Marcia's Place, St. Paul, MN): Drank a small pour over 15 minutes. Really nice in that classy Roederer way. Plenty of toast, yeasty, apple, almond paste, nice texture, deep, long finish. 92+pts. (3464 views)
Tasted by Xavier Auerbach on 9/19/2016 & rated 92 points: A private tasting (Wine Bar 1707 at Fortnum & Mason, London, UK): Fortnum & Mason label. Complexity, elegance, intensity, mineral energy, smoky Pinot Noir, red apple, quite a ripe style but energetic, good intensity and length. (3959 views)
Tasted by danielk168 on 5/21/2016 & rated 90 points: need more cellaring, drinks like NV now, more complexity should come withmore time, nevertheless, very enjoyable now but a pity to drink it now (3240 views)
Tasted by Ben85 on 2/23/2016: Sausage & Mash Dinner: Quite evolved and oxidative (ised?). Really wasn't sure about this, no grace or freshness. Clumsy. If this bottle is representative of the wine then this is a poor effort. (3428 views)
Tasted by SimonG on 8/30/2015 & rated 91 points: Pale straw. Very fresh and young in the glass, mineral and citrus led with good cut and length. Opens in the glass to show some hints of the bready flavours to come, but still pretty tight and primary. Supremely elegant with a sense of the weight and depth tha will develop. Lovely, but infanticide. **(**) (3828 views)

Tasted by Champagne88 on 6/2/2014 & rated 93 points: This is drinking beautifully right now--which is quite a surprise, given that 2007 was not the finest year in Champagne. High acidity and very toasty, as is often the case with Roederer wines, but in an excellent balance. Certainly a powerhouse that would pair well with food, though I enjoyed it very much on its own on this day. With acidity this high, the wine should age for at least a decade without issue--probably longer. (2325 views)
Tasted by Zweder on 6/1/2014 & rated 93 points: 13 Bubbels (@ Echoput): Firm mousse, a lot of tart and focused citrus, minerals, some bitterness. Also a bit rustic. There are some first signs of development. Beautiful bubble. 92-93 (2209 views)
Tasted by Ramberg on 5/15/2014 & rated 90 points: Very Roederer house style in profile.
Toasty nose with hints of newly baked brioche and green apples in the background.
On the palate this wine displays a fresh and quite high acidity, yeast and toasty brioche, green apples & fresh fruit.
Long with a soft and fine finish, showing good balance and acidity.
On the young side, and very promising!
90+ tonight (2322 views)

France - When it comes to wine, France stands alone. No other country can beat it in terms of consistent quality and diversity. And while many of its Region, Bordeaux, Burgundy and Champagne most obviously, produce wine as rare, as sought-after and nearly as expensive as gold, there are just as many obscurities and values to be had from little known appellations throughout the country. To learn everything there is to know about French wine would take a lifetime. To understand and appreciate French wine, one only has to begin tasting them. Sub-Region:

Champagne - The French region of Champagne (including the cities of Rheims, Épernay, and A˙) was the first region in the world to make sparkling wine in any quantity. Today, the name of the region is synonymous with the finest of all sparkling wines, and wine-making traditions of Champagne have become role models for sparkling wine producers, worldwide. Surprisingly, the region of Champagne is now responsible for only one bottle in 12 of all sparkling wine produced. Styles of champagne range in sweetness ranging from an extra brut or brut 0, to the basic brut to demi sec to doux; some houses produce single vintage champagnes and others produce non-vintage (or incorporate wines/grapes of multiple vintages), often to preserve a specific taste; combinations of grape varietals; and colors, including a rosé. There are several sub-appellations, including the Valley of the Marnes river running from Épernay west, Massif de Saint-Thierry north and west of Rheims, Valley of the Ardre, the Mountains of Rheims (between Rheims and Épernay), Côte des Blancs, Côte de Sézanne, and Côte des Bar in the South. Champagne wine only uses three grape varietals (cépages): Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
