Appearance: the wine is clear and bright, with medium intensity of lemon color, fading to a thin watery rim and it has slow legs.
Nose: It has a clean nose of medium plus intensity of citrus fruits such as lemon and lime, green fruits such as green apple and hints of almonds and elderflowers. The wine is youthful.
Palate: the wine is dry, it has medium plus refreshing acidity, medium level of delicate alcohol (13%), it has medium body and medium plus intensity flavours such as citrus fruits (lemon , leģime) green fruits such as green apple and hints of almond, peach and apricot. The texture is slightly creamy. It has a medium plus finish.
Assesement of quality: It is a very good wine because the body and the alcohol and the refreshing acidity are in balance, it has a good complexity of primary aromas and the lenght is quiet long. The fresh fruits are also well defined and integrated in the wine.
Method of production:This wine is made in stainless - steel containers at controlled temperature. It ferments between 18 and 20 degrees in order to preserve its fruity and fresh flavour
