I hesitate to say this is the "Ford" of sparklers for fear of giving a disparaging impression, which is not my intent at all. This wine is solidly built, always performs, is consistently dependable and never disappoints. Flavors of citrus, stone fruit, toast and a pleasing minerality are clear, the tasting profile is well balanced and the medium finish a pleasant dissolve. Enjoyable for any occasion.
