| Tasted by Chris T on 4/23/2023 & rated 89 points: Nutty and creamy. Still seemed decent though it’s probably past the prime. (214 views) |
| Tasted by karl.1480 on 11/10/2019 & rated 89 points: Still rather youthful with zesty citrus, green apple, white flowers and crushed rock. With time in the glass and higher temperature the fruit takes on a bit riper and more yellow character. Barely medium bodied with fresh, zesty acidity and the flavors mirrors the nose. Very good intensity and persistence on the palate.
Ready to drink and I don't think this wine will improve much with further aging. But my experience with aged Etna Bianco is very limited. (657 views) |
| Tasted by AlphaMikeFoxtrot on 3/13/2018 & rated 86 points: Carracante blended with a couple other native grapes. Ripe tree fruits, floral notes and minerals. Full bodied, medium acidity. Will not benefit from further aging. (483 views) |

| Tasted by JM_MadTown on 2/5/2016 & rated 88 points: An unusual white wine as the volcanic soil seemed to permeate it. It is well made with bright acidity and relatively low alcohol. Very light and good as an apero. (1272 views) |

| Tasted by olalar on 5/5/2015 & rated 90 points: A bit restrained to start but opened up more and more. Citrus, grape fruit and some exotic fruits. But the main characteristics is the amazing mineralty. Smoky, ashy and salty. Wow! Wait for a year or two with the next try. (659 views) |
