This Château Bélingard Bergerac Rosé has a round mouth-feel, with medium acidity and flavors of tangerines, lemon rind, cinnamon, limestone and a long finish where a little clove makes an appearance. It's very much in the style of other Bergerac Rosé's that I've tasted and is a great value. It paired beautifully with the oven roasted sesame shrimp and brocollini that we had for dinner tonight.
