This wine is delightful... dry but lots of fruit on the palate. And it changes ... and lasts so long. The finish is as good as the first sip. Zillions of bubbles.. it holds up beautifully and is still producing tiny bubbles several hours after opening. It's a truly nice wine for enjoying with friends and should be just as great with food.
