Tasted by Irish_Wine on 3/17/2024 & rated 92 points: Lovely, expressive nose. Classic Gewürztraminer aromas but not overblown as they can be. Pure Turkish delight. Wafts of lychee, ginger and honey. An underlying wet stone note. Rich and full bodied but with a line of fresh acidity and a touch of grip. Great flavour intensity and persistence with some pleasant bitterness on the rosewater and honey finish. I'm not the biggest Gewürztraminer fan but this is fantastic. In a great spot so would say drink now... But would be interesting to see how this evolves. (113 views)
Tasted by KL1975 on 2/13/2024 & rated 93 points: Nearly oily consisistency. Very concentrated and powerful, but the rather high alcohol (14.5%) is very well integrated, no heat. Classic Gewürztraminer flavours, lychee and kiwi fruit, roses, balanced by a remarkably high acidity (especially for Gewürztraminer). In a good spot now, but could possibly improve further. Excellent! 93. (134 views)
(388 views)
Tasted by Winevestor on 9/18/2022 & rated 89 points: Gewurz pretty nose with floral and honey. Different in the mouth - full mouth feel, almost heavy, the typical honey, flowers and tropical fruit, but also an odd bitterness which is there at the end and underlies the middle. I'm on an Alto-Adige kick at the moment and wanted to see what Gewurz tastes like from the area. I'm not sure after this wine. Its interesting, but I wouldn't want more than a glass at one sitting.  Tasted by Cdavila7 on 6/27/2022: Like drinking roses in a glass!! Love (438 views)
Tasted by Amberissey on 5/14/2022 & rated 89 points: Moderately ripe tropical fruits like pineapple on the nose with good intensity. Intense pickled ginger on the attack. Plenty of minerality. Long. Delicate. As dry of a Gewürztraminer that I’ve had. (562 views)
Tasted by paintinginacave on 5/14/2022 & rated 88 points: Pale lemon in the glass. A classical, highly perfumed and scented nose of lychee, pineapple, and citrus blossom with just a touch of steely minerality that I wasn’t anticipating. Where the wine is a little less classical is the palate where it’s more dialled-back without the density and waxy elements I’m more accustomed to in other regions, particularly Alsace. Despite the absence of this there is a clear purity to the fruit and it was an agreeable experience tasting this varietal from a region I’ve never encountered before. (498 views)
Tasted by Jkrench on 3/23/2022 & rated 93 points: Very high quality. Well balanced gewürtztraminer, powerful but still smooth and pleasing. Deservingly it received 3 glasses by Gambero Rosso. (374 views)
Tasted by WineTimeFineTime on 3/12/2022 & rated 92 points: Delicious. Aroma of linseed oil, good weight to the body, some hints of tropical fruit, all underpinned by a lipsmacking taste of mace. This is a really excellent gewuerztraminer. (326 views)
Tasted by ta75 on 10/28/2021 & rated 91 points: Beautifully balanced wine with a touch of sweetness and a little alcoholic heat at 14.5 abv. No formal notes, a ton of exotic fruits and baked apple with a great acidic backbone to keep it in check. Dont drink this too chilled, should age for a few more years or an hour or 2 decant at this point. Great wine (415 views)
Tasted by Wine Boss on 7/10/2021 & rated 90 points: Highly expressive aromas - lychees, exotic fruits and perfumed. Low acid, noticeable alcohol, medium body. Ginger and spice, particularly on the finish. (358 views)
