Lemon verbena and lime blossom on the nose. Earthy honey, chalky lime peel and a slight caramelly toastiness on the palate. Rich and honeyed, with a firm mouthwatering acidic backbone, lends itself to really great balance. Earthy minerality and a slight saline note. Flavor is full and long. Delightfully balanced with creamy texture but bright acidity. Lemon crème, orange peels and kiwi fruit, mixes with hay, chalk, sea salt and crunchy, limestoney, minerals.
