And I guess it’s an individual decision as to whether or not it makes sense to do so, because the wine does lose it’s just released vibrancy, so if that is what you treasure in a rose’, drink them on release.
This is full-bodied for a rose’, dry and structured. A serious rose’, if you will. I’m grilling up a tuna steak tonight and this should work fine with that. (713 views) |

Slightly disappointing.
The aromas are great; rich both in intensity and complexity.
However, there's no way around it, this wine simply lacks acidity to keep it focused and refreshing. without it, it's slightly flabby and doesn't work as well at the table.
This is still my preferred Rose producer worldwide but the shift in growing conditions in Provence is alarming... (743 views) |
