Tasted by bin905 on 12/22/2021 & rated 88 points: Fresh, straightforward, citrus, green apple and stone flavor with plenty of acidity. Pleasant easy drinker. (1320 views)
Tasted by Heynetty on 12/14/2021: Pale lemon
Medium intensity, Lime, underripe peach, honeysuckle not elderflower, green apple, wet rock . Simple.
Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium (-) body, medium intensity and finish
BLIC. - needs more fruit for that acid - it feels watery
Its a simple wine with little finish or intensity. The simplicity is part of its style. Its a good quality wine. Better examples would be more concentrated, longer and sometimes more complex.

Not suitable for ageing. Simple not going to improve sufficiently

Guesses:
Thought of Sauvignon Blanc. I think the florals, high acidi, green nature of the fruit and simplicity took me there.

Mistakes:
Totally missed the phenolic bitterness which would have narrowed me down to a few European grapes and SB would not have been on the list

Also missed the raw almond that came up on the flavor profile when examined (1079 views)
Tasted by paulst on 12/10/2021 & rated 92 points: Minerally; stone; pleasant and balanced; layered lemon based slight honeyed finish. (1157 views)
Tasted by Katto on 12/7/2021 & rated 84 points: Pale straw colour with a very subtle nose, pear, lemon, unripe melon. Medium acidity, light body and very light on the palate with the same notes of unripe pear, melon, lemon and a short finish. Not very complex, but it can be a refreshing, easy drinking wine. (864 views)
Tasted by The Magician on 10/30/2021 & rated 88 points: Good but not great. Very pale straw color with a nose of pineapples, green apples and a bit of honey. More tart apples on tasting with medium alcohol, lively acidity and a grapefruit finish. Crisp and clean wine but not a lot of complexity.

Paired with tilapia fish tacos with mango Cole slaw. It went well but the lime of the tacos and the vinegar of the slaw muted some of the flavors. (1094 views)
Tasted by robertp57 on 10/14/2021 & rated 88 points: Herbal and green grass notes with citrus. Acidic, dry, 12.5 ABV. Really quite good compared to other Italian Pinot Grigio (999 views)
Tasted by Dominic Roy on 10/7/2021 & rated 83 points: Nose: Peach. Violet. Expressive. Medium plus intensity.

Palate: Melon. Lime. Floral. Dry. Low alcohol. Medium plus acidity. Light body. Lifht flavour intensity.

Finish: Short finish. (999 views)
Tasted by AMDalTX on 9/30/2021 & rated 82 points: Sweet and syrupy on the front end at first when it was 50 deg F; better balanced as it warmed. A little effervescence effect from minerality & acid on the finish. Taste of pineapple. Rating of 82 seems about right. I'd rather have Villa Maria Private Reserve Sauv Blance at 2/3 of the price. (736 views)
Tasted by Booger’s Wine on 8/10/2021 & rated 89 points: A solid Pinot Grigio (1234 views)
Tasted by Tallangel on 6/19/2021 & rated 90 points: Had at Lily’s, very nice, not too sweet, very good
Pd $40 in Lily’s (1086 views)
