Extraordinary bouquet of hibiscus, rose, and ripe dark berries.
Twenty years on, this was great, despite minimal aeration.
Utterly smooth and supple: berry flavors, chocolate.
Astounding that it lived this long.
Paired poorly with kielbasa; this would be fabulous with a bleu cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms, or else game with rich sauce. (75 views) |
