Fruits noirs, graphite, une légère amertume pas désagréable
Pas alcooleux (13,5°)
S'ouvre au fil des heures et plus encore des jours, dévoilant des notes animales qui me font penser au grenache noir et des parfums plus nets de fruits noirs : mûre et cassis. Ni très complexe ni très long en bouche, il a de la mâche et tiendra son rang avec honneur face à n'importe quelle viande grillée..
