Community Tasting History

Community Tasting Notes

Tasted by Ben Christiansen on 2/23/2009: Just dug in right now. I shall return.

Six hours in its at its best. Lemon, lime, honey, tea, smoke, minerality all wrapped up with a sixty second finish. Blistering acidity. Very much in its youth with just barely showing hints of the fattness on the palate which I believe will come with time. A beauty. (1125 views)

Lower Austria isn't "southern" Austria, but rather northeastern. It derives its name from its downriver location on the Danube River, which flows from west to east.
