Hannah Smith (Software Engineering)
My passion for wine started in my hometown of Portland, Oregon, where I was spoiled by the fantastic wines coming out of the Willamette Valley. After graduating from University of Oregon with a Computer Science degree, I've worked as a fullstack engineer in domains ranging from shoe customization to port-logistics. I am drawn to technology because it incorporates creativity and problem solving, and often puts me in a room of really smart, creative, and cool people.
I'm located in Brooklyn, NYC and moonlight some nights at a wine shop in DUMBO. When I'm not pushing directly to production (joking...), you can usually find me eating and drinking my way through NYC or testing out a new cookie recipe. My love for food, wine, and baking is balanced by my love of running and yoga.
