We did the Turkey on the bbq this year and it was fantastic. Chris made delicious appetizers, shrimp bruschetta, baked brie with cranberries, stuffed mushrooms. The bird was served with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, rye stuffing, and grilled brussel sprouts and carrots.

Noooooo!
It's not corked but has lost some of its SRH power. Bricking around the rim foreshadowed that she has turned towards her burgundy old world roots. This will make the burg heads very happy. I prefer being punched in the face by my wine! lol
Very elegant, classy showing.
Time to test the '05...

Wow, the most amazing this about this wine is the scores of the previous tasters.
It's very nice wine but seriously? piling on 95 and 96? reviewers lose credibility and I'm a foxen fanboy.

2007 Roots Run Deep Cabernet Sauvignon Educated Guess Napa Valley 87 Points

Good overall cabernet. dark fruit with a solid dose of oak on the nose and palate. Smooth mouthfeel initially then finishes a little grippy. good quaffer.
