Small glass, brief note. Charming aromas with spice as well as both red and black cherry. Still very firm, with tannins dominating the finish. Less excited vs when last tasted 5 years ago, but I expect this is a wine to enjoy and appreciate over an evening, not just a few minutes.

Brought from my cellar. Ripe red. Herry with very good concentration. More mature than I'd expect from 1990 Bonnes Mares, but open and drinking wonderfully right now.

Small glass, brief note. Red cherry throughout with very good mineral textures. Still slightly firm tannins, but there is clearly enough concentration that this should age nicely.

Perfect color and fill, this bottle was recorked at the Château in 2014. Powerful and mature black cherry and plum with concentration and layers of unfolding flavors. Rockstar complexity.
