Just about opaque with a tinge of age. Fruity nose, some spiciness, slightly plummy. Almost ready, but needs a bit more time to sort out the tannins, fruity with a reasonable balance, liquorice and spice on the mid palate, medium length.
Some age showing here, just opaque. Fruity and juicy, red fruit with a hint of spice, quite inviting. Fruit in the mouth, but not very much fruit, what there is is the blackcurrant you expect, plenty of acidity, quite soft tannins, drinking quite well but qill keep, quite long.

Just opaque showing plenty of age. A herby nose, rosemary or maybe eucalyptus, fascinating. Quite sweet fruit her, a lighter style, attractive, smooth, likeable, medium length.
Opaque and more or less tawny. Something like sherry on the nose with honey and maybe some spice. Past its best, madeirised, faded fruit, just drinkable, not very long.
