  2000 Louis Jadot, Blagny, Meursault 1er Cru, Burgundy, France (from own Jadot vineyard):
  Very light gold yellow, brilliant, medium tears. Nose hint of butter, decent green fruity, Medium to slim body, fine fruity acidity, good integrated in rather decent tannins, good balance. Finish decent tartish. Nice match with oysters.

  1999 Louis Jadot, Corton Charlemagne, Aloxe Corton, Burgundy, France (from own Jadot vineyard): Watery gold yellow, brilliant, medium tears. Floral note in the nose, hint of petrol. Medium body, bit fat, decent smoky tannins, mouth coating acidity. Finish velvety acidity. Very fine match with turbot with curry sauce.

  Very light ruby, light rim, brilliant, fat tears. Red fruit with black note in the nose, rather PN-typical light stink. Medium body, red fruity acidity, well balanced with tannins, in the middle rather slim. Finish velvety acidity, slightly bitter alcohol in the end. Wine to go versatile with food.

  Light transparent ruby, light rim, dense tears. Restrained dark cool nose, not very expressive, clean. Medium body, prominent tannins, some slightly rotten red fruit behind, good acidity. Finish fine smoky mouth impregnating, persistent. Good but not excellent match with partridge on red lentils.

  2001 Louis Jadot, Cuvée Billardet, Pommard, Burgundy, France (Hospices de Beaune):
  Watery light purple, light rim, dense tears. Slightly vegetal nose, hint of sauerkraut, decent dark cool fruit. Medium to slim body, rather prominent fruity acidity, slightly woody tannins. Long finish, slightly tartish impregnating persistent tannins. Good but not perfect match with rolled hares back with Jerusalem artichoke.
  
  Score: 50 + 3 for optic + 12 for bouquet + 17 for taste + 7 for overall = total score of 89.
  
  Interesting detail: This wine was served after the Mazis Chambertin GC because of its bit coarser texture

  1995 Feiler Artinger, Pinot Cuvée, Ausbruch, Rust, Burgenland, Austria:
  Light golden color, brilliant, very dense tears. Honey comb in the nose, tartish fruit, hint of sauerkraut. Plump body, dense fruity acidity, masked by prominent sweetness. Finish sweet fruity acidity with growing tartish intensity in the end. Basically good match with pancake with apricot jam, but not a mandatory combination.

I find it rather difficult to assess white and sweet wines "correctly" because this is not my area of interest and therefore these notes are to be taken with a grain of salt.
But I find it also difficult to assess young red Burgundies, as these wines more often than not don't give the pleasure you can find in young wines from other regions. This is for me even true when pairing them with food as it is generally to recommend with Burgundies. I also found these wines to be a bit lost in the big bowles of the Riedel glasses - may be fine for older more developped wines but not for the younger ones.
A for me remarkable feature of some red Burgundies (to some degree including the tasted wines from Louis Jadot) are the rather specific very fine smoky tannins, impregnating the palate like a fine Havanna cigar. You have the certainly agreeable taste the next morning still in your mouth (this cannot be said from real cigars reminding sometimes of burned cow dung)
